K² Property Management was founded in November 2018 by Kevin Everill. The company, which had initially started as a small property management company has experienced continuous and exponential growth.

Since its incorporation, it has grown to include a renovation, roofing, landscaping, and snow removal division. K² Property Management has partnered with leading local businesses and subcontractors to ensure that we are able to offer professional and reliable services outside our areas of expertise.

There are no projects too small or too big and there is nothing that we can’t do. If we do not have the capability to do it we will find the persons and resources that can.
