The K² Property Management team has been carefully assembled with professionals, and each member of our management team brings different strengths to the table.


Kevin Everill

Founder & President/CEO

Kevin comes from a logistics background with over 2 decades of experience in project management, costing, and logistics. He heads the property management division as well as oversees all operations.


Erika Everill


Erika joined the team on a full-time basis in July 2019. She has over 15 years of experience in logistics and organization. She also holds a certificate in Health & Safety Management. She will head the financial and administrative side of the company.


Diane Nowlan

Office Manager

Diane joined the team full-time in February 2021. She has over 10 years of experience in customer service, logistics and administration. Diane works alongside Kevin in the Property Management field. She is the primary point of contact for our owners.


Paige Everill

Northern NB Property Management Coordinator

With the rapid and continuous growth of the property management division, Paige joined our team in the Fall of 2019. With her outgoing personality, ability to interact with tenants, and with being fully bilingual, Paige has worked herself to the top of her profession. Paige brings forth a great deal of experience along with in-depth knowledge of the NB rental laws.


Samantha Milner

GMA Property Management Coordinator

Sam has been with K2 since its conception and has helped mold all new employees into becoming the best of the best. Sam’s ability to Multitask is unparalleled. She has extensive knowledge of the NB rental laws and works closely with Paige and Megan to provide the optimal PM services required in today’s market.

Marketing / Air BNB Coordinator

With the rapid and continuous growth of the property management division along with our Air BNB Division Raghu was brought on to lead this department. Raghu’s knowledge of the growing trends and eye for detail has led him to become one of the leading leasing agents in the Moncton area.


Kristina Leblanc

Accounts Receivable / Invoicing Manager

Kristina has been with K2 since 2020 and has assumed the role of Invoicing Manager. Kristina has developed into an essential part of the K2 growth by working with all owners with their invoicing needs along with handling all transactions of each property.


Darcia Cormier

Accounting / Data Entry

Darcia has been with K2 since 2021 and has assumed the role of Data Entry & Payroll Manager. Darcia brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and is meticulous in her processes. Darcia has developed into an essential part of the K2 growth and has become a strong team player.
