The K² Property Management team has been carefully assembled with professionals, and each member of our management team brings different strengths to the table.


Kevin Everill

Founder & President

Kevin comes from a varied background with over 2 decades of experience in project management, costing and logistics support. Previous to founding K² Property Management Kevin worked as a branch manager for an international drilling company. Kevin heads the property management division as well as over sees all operations. He also leads the business development and expansion for K² Property Management.


Billie Chapman

Partner & Renovations Manager

Billie partnered with Kyle and Kevin to lead the renovation division; with over 2 decades of experience in construction, renovation and restoration. Previous to joining our team Billie worked with an international restoration company across Atlantic Canada and Canada. His knowledge and expertise is next to none.


Erika Everill

Controller & Logistics Manage

Erika has over 15 years of experience in logistics and organization support. She also holds a certificate in Health & Safety Management. She heads the financial and administrative side of things as well as the company’s online presence.


Samantha Milner

Property Management Coordinator

Sam joined our team bringing strong organizational and administrative skills. Sam is the primary point of contact for public. She coordinates all inquiries, complaints and maintenance requests from our tenants and acts as a liaison with the property owners. Sam also ensures that all our social media platforms are kept up to date with current properties and vacancies.


Paige Everill

Leasing Agent

With the rapid and continuous growth of the property management division Paige joined our team during the summer of 2019. With her outgoing sparkling personality she is the perfect fit to be on the front line helping potential tenants find their perfect new home. Paige also assists.
